Order processing:

We are a made to order site, meaning we do not have pre-made items.
This allows us to be strategic with our offering and limit any out of stock issues.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time. If a delay affects your order, we’ll notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery
We currently ship to USA. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

After processing, estimated shipping delivery is 1-5 business days. We ship from majority of the items Florida. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing may affect arrival times.

Order tracking
If tracking is available for your shipment, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at sales@SpinQueen777.com. Address changes will not be possible after an order has shipped.

Delayed, missing, or damaged packages
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at SpinQueen777.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
